Beginners can avoid feeling overwhelmed or uncomfortable by taking private lessons to get started. A private yoga instructor will demonstrate each posture, and help improve a student's form immediately, which will make it easier to develop proper alignment right away.
This is viable for more experienced yogis as well. Those looking to gain more nuanced feedback in order to help deepen their practice, and take their yoga to the next level.
